Support and encourage the promotion of maritime professionalism and ethics to fight against illegal activities on the state waters and demonstrate a responsible concern for ocean preservation and safety security issue.
To work closely with the institutions of Somali Federal Government and Federal Members States including but one limited to Ministries of Marine Transport and Ports, Fisheries and Marine Resources and its protection, Energy & Environment, Petroleum & Mining as well as other regional and international organizations engaged in the marine sector.
To encourage the committee to double their efforts for the preparation of national professional meeting.
